What I Offer

Relational & Psychodynamic Therapy for Professionals | Online Therapy, London

  • I work with high-performing professionals navigating the pressures of demanding careers. Particularly in finance, consultancy, and corporate environments. With over a decade of experience in these worlds, I understand the unique demands and internal pressures that can come with high-performance roles.
  • More Than Coaching Many people seek coaching thinking it’s about work — burnout, performance pressure, or a challenging decision. But often it’s about deeper patterns that show up across life, affecting relationships, self-worth, and how you experience yourself even when everything seems fine on the outside. The therapy I offer goes further, to understand the patterns that shape your whole self: how you relate to others, to yourself, and to the world.
  • My approach is relational and depth-oriented. Together, we explore how past patterns may be shaping your present — in your work, relationships, and sense of self. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more interested in exploring what drives the patterns that keep repeating, so that change can happen in a way that feels more solid and lasting.
  • I draw on psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, Gestalt, and attachment-based approaches. In practice, that means we pay attention not only to what you bring, but also to what emerges between us in the room. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a place to understand — and begin to change — how you relate to others and to yourself.

About Me

From the City to the Therapy Room

  • Before Therapy Before training as a therapist, I spent over a decade working in finance and consultancy — across London, San Francisco, Australia and France. I know what it means to perform under pressure, to measure your worth in output and achievement. When you describe the particular exhaustion of a high-pressure role, or the strange loneliness that can exist inside a successful life — I know what that feels like from the inside.
  • My Philosophy The patterns we developed early in life — in our first relationships, our families, the environments we grew up in — don't stay in the past. They show up in how we work, how we relate, how we respond under pressure, and how we feel about ourselves when no one is watching. Many of the people I work with already understand this. They've done the reading, the thinking, sometimes previous therapy. What they're looking for now is something beyond insight — a space where understanding begins to shift how things actually feel.
  • Outside the Therapy Room You'll usually find me somewhere outside. Walking, hiking, or looking for that feeling of being small in a landscape. I think joy, awe, and genuine connection matter more than we often allow. That belief shapes how I work.
